1.General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the bk1111 platform ("Platform", "we", "our") and the user ("you", "user"). bk1111 is an online betting and casino service platform operated for users in Bangladesh.

3.Age Limit and Eligibility

• All betting results are final and not subject to review unless a technical error is proven
• Unsettled bets due to technical issues may be considered void and funds will be returned
• Placing bets on the same event from multiple accounts will be considered manipulation
• In sports betting, half-time results are not final; only the full result counts
• A verified random number generator (RNG) is used in all games to ensure fair play

7.Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bk1111 platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Misusing bonuses or promotions (bonus hunting)

8.Account Suspension and Closure

bk1111 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in these terms and conditions
• Providing false or incomplete identity information
• Suspicious or fraudulent transaction activity
• Receipt of an order from a court or regulatory authority
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period

In the event of account closure, if there is no evidence of rule violations, the opportunity to withdraw any remaining valid balance will be provided.
